What we ask for, and why
Federal rules require a qualification file for every driver. That file needs your Social Security number, date of birth, address history, and past employers. We ask for those because the rule says the file has to have them — not because we want them on hand.
Who can see it
Only the office staff who process your file. Not dispatch, not other drivers, not customers. Sensitive fields stay hidden on screen until someone deliberately reveals them, and every reveal is recorded.
How you send it
Through this site, over an encrypted connection. Never by email or text — if anyone asks you to email a Social Security number or bank details, that is not us.
Bank details
If you set up direct deposit, account numbers go straight to the payment system. They are not stored in the application, and they never appear in an email or a log.
Paper still works
You can hand the office paper instead. It goes to the same place and gets the same handling. Nobody is required to use a phone to work here.
How long we keep it
As long as the federal rules require for a qualification file, and no longer than that once you are no longer driving for us.
